Policy

Jointcare is bound by the National Privacy
Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. The
Policy is regularly reviewed and updated to maintain its
relevance in a world of constantly changing technology and
work practices.
Jointcare reports are mailed to the referrer
and, where relevant, the treating
physician/physiotherapist/occupational health provider for
their information and records.
When reporting on Jointcare outcomes for
third-party publication, direct quotes are included with the
client’s express permission.
In relation to the publication of research
data, generic statistical analysis on the data provided by
clients’ records is published without identifying any specific
client or group of clients.
