For twenty-five years the Exercise Physiologists at Jointcare have used innovative strategies and outcome-based measures to teach individuals how to care for their health independently. We apply these principles of Self-Management to the prevention of ill-health or injury and in the rehabilitation of individuals who have sustained an injury or suffered an illness.
Our success lies in the ability of our team to motivate and educate individuals to manage their health more effectively.
Whether in the workplace to reduce the risk of injuries, to reduce the time an injured worker is away from work, or to assist a Cardiac Patient to resume normal daily activities, Jointcare Physiologists work 1:1 with clients to help them to regain their independence and fitness.
Accredited by the Victorian WorkSafe Authority, Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA), Medicare & Health Insurers, we receive referrals from, and work closely with, Medical Specialists, Treating Doctors, Employers, Insurers and Occupational Rehabilitation Providers.
